"Wastong Nutrition Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan."

Are you aware of the diseases around? Aren't you worried about it? Are the food you eat nutritious? Aren't you bothered about it?
In our world today, we have the technologies that improve our living but somehow it also give bad effects to us human. Technology is very beneficial, especially to the modern day workers for they have to prepare their things easily and one thing is on food. We have the processed foods like instant noodles and hotdogs that are easy to prepare but are not that nutritious that may cause problem.
Today, diseases are easy to spread and are caused by our daily activities like taking too much sugar or salt. Some diseases are caused by our wrong doings and bad habit of eating. We eat too much but sometimes we eat only few. These may affect our resistance.
So, we must practice eating nutritious foods, having exercises, drinking enough glasses of water, and avoiding drinking liquor, using cigarettes or using drugs.
The nutritious foods are foods which belong to the GO, GROW, and GLOW groups. Foods with the right nutrients and amount may keep us healthy and protect us from diseases. We need the right nutrition to help us avoid these lifestyle diseases
